A dog without a vaild dog license must be held at the dog shelter for 3 business days, a dog with a vaild dog license must be held for 14 business days. The holding times are to allow the owner a chance to redeem the dog. Once these holding times have been reached the dog becomes property of the county dog warden and the dog may then be sold or destroyed per state law.

Dogs are sold on a first come first serve basis. We do not accept deposits or hold dogs.
